You can ask for advice on how to reach your weight goals, I asked particularly in the sense of calorie deficit.

For someone who has never done calorie counting before I found the process very easy to use, track, log and get advice on my weight loss journey. It’s already proven effective and although I think we could build something pretty similar in a custom GPT, it’s ability to live natively on whatsapp makes it very convenient. Whether you're new to calorie counting or an experienced fitness enthusiast, Rex.fit can be a transformative tool in your wellness journey.
